It is in excellent condition, runs and drives beautifully, and is perhaps the perfect drivetrain package for the PNW: 2.2 liter turbo diesel with dual range 4 wheel drive and automatic transmission will chew through anything the mountain throws at you and still cruise comfortably all day.
Front and rear AC works well, huge powered center sunroof plus a front tilt up/slide back moonroof with sunshades work perfectly. Hot/cold/freeze box in the center console so you can make soup or ice while you drive. The center and rear seats are the most smarty-pants system of folding, flipping, spinning and removing you have ever seen. I have the original owners manual and all other documents, and the title is in process with the DMV.
